How are you? From Misbah’s letter I have come to know that mother is suffering ( مبتلاہونا) from high blood pressure (بلند فشار خون). I am really worried (پریشان) about her. Please ask her to take her medicine regularly and inform me about her present condition (موجدہ حالت) as early as possible.
